Ms. Alyea is a senior litigation counsel with over 20 years experience representing corporations and individuals in conducting negotiations, jury trials, bench trials, due diligence relating to environmental matters, arbitration and appeals where she has obtained favorable results. She is admitted at both the state and federal levels in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and has appeared on behalf of clients in federal court in Delaware.

Obtained dismissal of case against foreign bank on forum non conveniens grounds;

Obtained dismissal of commercial suit on the basis of contractual arbitration clause;

Assisted party to a foreign litigation in obtaining documents from U.S. company under 28 U.S.C. § 1782;

Represented a major airline conducting clean up at an international airport and litigating to recover costs from other parties;

Represented a manufacturing company in appeal of a federal court declaratory judgment action denying insurance recovery;

Served as a co-arbitrator/allocator for a large group of parties seeking to allocate cleanup costs associated with contaminated sediments at federal superfund site in Tacoma, Washington;
