Kimberly S. Stern

Ms. Stern is a litigation attorney with over 15 years experience. Prior to joining the Firm she was the Senior Court Attorney for the Honorable Elizabeth Barnett, Kings County Family Court, Brooklyn, NY, from 2015 through 2022. She also clerked for the Honorable Kathie E. Davidson, Westchester County Family Court, 9th Judicial District, White Plains, NY, and had served as the Canadian and European Hague Convention Compliance Officer for a New York-based law firm. 

While in law school, she also served as an extern for Unites States Senator Hillary Rodman Clinton. Her publications include: Stern, Kimberly, Ashley Schappell, and Daniel Cooper. “The Value to Jurors of Preliminary Substantive Legal Instructions in Complex Cases.”  Trial by Jury Course Book, Practicing Law Institute, 2014. She also organized and managed multi-disciplinary trainings including Continuing Legal Education seminars on Disproportionate Minority Representation in the Law.
