Murray & Di Bella has the requisite depth to properly staff any representation it undertakes, and yet is small enough to ensure that its clients receive the kind of personal and responsive attention they expect from, and that is unique to, a boutique law firm.
The firm has vast experience in a variety of subject matters, representing individuals as well as corporate entities. The firm's attorneys have worked on thousands of cases, encountering a broad spectrum of legal issues, and through their collective experiences have developed concentrations in the following practice areas:*
We handle complex civil matters on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts throughout the country. Our lawyers have experience in most types of commercial matters, including but not limited to cases involving
breach of contract, shareholder and investor rights, business torts, partnership disputes, defamation, trade secrets, trademark, employment discrimination, franchise disputes, insurance coverage disputes, and other significant commercial issues.
Labor and Employment Law
We have negotiated employment contracts and separation agreements on behalf of corporations, C-level executives, and employees, and our experience representing parties on both sides of the fence has helped us gain valuable insight into the process, particularly with regard to restrictive covenants and confidentiality provisions. We conduct sensitivity training and internal investigations, and have the requisite experience to litigate, arbitrate or mediate matters that cannot be resolved informally.
The firm has drafted and negotiated virtually countless contracts for individuals, corporations and partnerships. With its strong background in litigation, the firm is able to identify those situations where a lack of attention to drafting often results in disputes that can turn into losses or litigation.
The firm has achieved significant successes in investigating corporate wrongdoing and recovering stolen assets. Having the experience to know what to look for, the firm has proven quite effective at helping clients both identify losses as well as develop procedures to prevent losses from reoccurring.
The firm has the requisite expertise to handle all administrative and state and federal court appeals, at the highest levels, including experience clerking for federal appellate courts.
The firm is frequently called upon to arbitrate and/or mediate cases, in a variety of forums, including FINRA, JAMS, and the AAA.
